AISSEE 2024 Notice Editions

Sainik School Admission 2023-24: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online registration process for All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2024. Candidates can apply for AISSEE online at exams.nta.ac.in. The deadline for applications is December 16 until 5 p.m.

Sainik School Entrance Exam is scheduled for 21 January 2024 (Pencil-Paper (OMR Sheets) in 186 cities across India. AISSEE Class 6 Entrance Exam will be held for 150 minutes (2 to 4.30 PM) while for the 9th grade, the entrance exam will be held for 180 minutes (from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.).

How to Apply for NTA Sainik School Admission 2024?

Students must check the eligibility requirements to fill the NTA Sainik School Entrance Exam Form 2024-25. Fees for candidates belonging to General, Defense Personnel Department, Ex-Servicemen and OBC (NCL) categories are Rs.650. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates have to pay Rs.500. They can go through the steps to know how to apply for AISSEE 2024:

Step 1: Go to the official website: exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/

Step 2: On the home page, click on AISSEE 2024 Registration open

Step 3: Enter all required information and register

Step 4: After registration, fill the application form and upload the documents

Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit the form

Step 7: Take a printout and save it for future use

Who Eligible for Sainik School Entrance Exam 2023-24?

To enroll in the 6th grade, the student must be between 10 and 12 years old on March 31, 2024. Also, enrollment for girls is open for 6th grade, depending on the availability of places, and the age criteria are the same as for boys. To enroll in Grade 9, students should be between 13 and 15 years of age as on March 31, 2024 and should have passed Grade 8 of a recognized school at the time of enrollment. Girls can also apply for admission.
