A woman has left the internet divided after hitting her husband with confetti when their gender reveal announcement didn’t go as planned.

Gender reveals are exciting ways for couples to celebrate the upcoming birth of their child – but sometimes, they can cause drama instead.

Generally speaking, gender reveal parties will lead up to an important moment when a couple will do some type of activity to reveal their baby’s gender; maybe cutting a cake, popping a balloon or throwing a blue or pink smoke bomb.

A couple decides to shoot off confetti to celebrate their joy… but the moment isn’t exactly joyful.

Woman gets angry at her husband after revealing the wrong gender

TikTok user Emma Miller is sending viewers into a frenzy after uploading a video of her gender reveal party, in which the crowd counts down the seconds until she and her husband shoot off two coded confetti cannons. color according to their child’s gender.

However, as they were counting down, someone in the crowd shouted: “No, wait” – but it seemed like Emma’s husband didn’t hear them so he went ahead and shot off his confetti after counting down to one.

Commenters were stunned by her reaction to the seemingly trivial incident, with many claiming she overreacted and ruined what was supposed to be a special moment.
